provides Merger & Acquisition consulting and intermediary services to medium sized and
larger Northwest companies. Also invests for its own account and provides bookkeeping
services for its small subsidiaries which currently are in publishing, distribution and
hospitality. |
| Education: |
Bachelor's in
Business or other beneficial subject. CPA or Masters in Business a plus. |
| Experience: |
Minimum 2 years
experience in accounting/bookkeeping plus formal accounting training. Experience with
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and taxes, Collections, Business Taxes and
Financial Statements. |
| Knowledge: |
Must possess
good fundamental understanding in all facets of accounting and be proficient in any
computerized bookkeeping system. Also, should have good understanding of spread sheets and
preferably graphical spreadsheets. Prior experience with "QuickBooks" accounting
systems a plus. |
| Personality: |
Should have a
decidedly academic manner, enjoy detail and be very organized. Must be able to work quick,
clean and complete -- no loose ends. Should be able to communicate well with others
particularly management. Must meet deadlines. |
| Duties: |
For multiple
entities, handle various aspects of check writing and ledger, general ledger, billing,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting and other reporting functions.
Reconcile accounts and transfer between various companies. Work directly with management. |
| Skills: |
Must be able to
manage a busy load of bookkeeping transactions and to complete daily work on time with few
mistakes. Should be able to work with others well. |

| INTRO:
Stonemark is a
growing Investment Banking firm specializing in the purchase and sale of
medium to larger sized, usually privately held companies. Ours is an
extremely competitive but highly lucrative industry. The work is
hard, the hours are long, the satisfaction is immense. |
| DETAILS:
Many positions are
paid a combination of salary and incentive pay. Compensations shown
are full time annual. Part time would be prorata. Project Manager
positions are usually compensated on a commission basis only, but the
commission is substantial. Paid Apprentice program possible for all
jobs. Interns are paid expenses only and should be enrolled in under
or upper graduate college programs. No job will be filled unless a highly
capable candidate is located. Not all jobs are available at all

| INTERNING
& APPRENTICING:
Stonemark's Internship program is for Under grad or graduate college
students. It is an 8 to 13 week unpaid program that provides valuable
hands on experience and credentials. Successful attendees may have the
option of moving into Stonemark's paid Apprentice program that lasts
